Returns Policy

WHAT IS YOUR ONLINE RETURNS POLICY?

Faulty item received:

Within 30 days of purchase or delivery, you may return a faulty product for an exchange or refund. You can return it to a store. Or you can arrange for a return by whatsapp us on +44 7520 636 842, or by emailing support@pricelulu.co.uk.

Within product’s guarantee period (normally 12 months from purchase or delivery: We will offer you a prompt repair service. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault. Please call the Team Knowhow contact centre on +44 7520 636 842, or by emailing support@pricelulu.co.uk to arrange return label. To speed up the process, please have your order number to hand before reaching us.

We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Unwanted item:

An unwanted product can be returned for a full refund within 21 days of delivery as long as it’s still in its original, unopened packaging. This returns policy for unopened goods is in addition to your statutory rights and applies to purchases made in store, online or over the phone.

Separately to the 21 day policy above, and in accordance with your rights when you purchase goods online or over the phone, unwanted items can be returned even if you have opened them for inspection as long as you let us know within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery. Once you have told us you want to return an item, you should do so without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to cancel the order. You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but to obtain a full refund you must not start using them, install them or input any data/software. The goods must be returned in ‘as new’ condition and in their original packaging.

WHERE DO I STAND WITH THE CONSUMER CONTRACT REGULATIONS?

Any customer purchasing goods online will have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel their item. Customers will also have an additional 14 days from this point to return the unworn item back to Pricelulu. When returning, please note your intention to exercise your rights under the Consumer Contract Regulations. Standard delivery costs will be refunded if Pricelulu are informed of your intent to return within 14 days of delivery, and then sent back to Pricelulu within the next 14 days from this point.

WHAT IS THE SUGGESTED LOGISTIC SERVICE WHEN I RETURN THE ITEM?

We’d suggest you use your local postal service. Please enclose your returns information and should you be requesting an exchange, please provide details of this. We’d always advise using some form of tracked service for your own peace of mind. All returns through MUST be fully trackable so you’ll be able to keep an eye on your return coming back to us.

WHAT DO I DO IF I THINK MY ITEM HAS A FAULT?

We’re really sorry you’ve had any problem with your item. In order for us to determine whether there is a fault or not, we would need to assess the item. 

We recommend using a tracked service as we are not liable for any returns lost in transit. You would be required to enclose proof of purchase and a covering letter with details on why you believe there is a fault. Please also include your name, address and a daytime contact number. Assessments can take a maximum of 15 working days but are usually much faster than this. Should a fault be found, a refund / exchange will be offered and postage costs will be refunded also.
